(Mattie Foster), we, or either of us promise to pay THE FARMERS' TRADING CO., or order
Eleven and no/100 DOLLARS value received, with interest from maturity at 8 per
cent. And as part of the consideration hereof I hereby waive all claim to any
exemption of personal property or homestead under the laws of Georgia on this debt until
the same is fully paid; and bind my heirs, executors, administrators or assigns not to
claim any exemption in the event this debt has to be collected by suit, and agree to pay
all expenses incurred in collecting the same, including ten percent. attorney's
fees. This Note being given to said THE FARMERS' TRADING CO., as purchase money
for the following described property: One Drop Head Dixie Sewing Machine and
as a part of this contract and a condition of the sale, it is hereby agreed that the
ownership and title of the above described property is to remain in the THE FARMERS'
TRADING CO., until this note is fully paid. And for the further securing of above
note I hereby mortgage to THE FARMERS' TRADING CO., their heirs and assigns, the
following described property, which I certify to be mine absolute, and upon which I
further certify there is no encumbrance whatever: 1 Milch Cow with horne
color light brown, about 3 years old, worth about $33.00 Witness: CA
