Calhoun County. Personally came before me G.D. Ragan A Notary Public
and Ex-Officio Justice of the Peace in and for said county CA Maury, Mgr. Farmers
Trading Co. who on oath deposes and says that Mattie Foster of the 1316 District, G.M.
of said County, is indebted to Farmers Trading Co. on the mortgage hereto annexed, the
sum of Five Dollars and 10 Cents principal, and _____ Dollars and 20 Cents, interest to
date, and ____ Dollars and ____ Cents, Attorneys Fees, and said amounts are due and
unpaid. Sworn to and Subscribed before me this 29 day of March 1915, G.D. Ragan,
N.P. & Ex-Off. J.P. C.A. Maury Mgr., Farmers Trading Co.
Georgia Calhoun County. To all and Singular the Constables of said
State: YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED, That of the following Goods and
Chattles, Lands of the 1316 District, G.M., of said County to-wit: One Dixie Drop Head
Sewing Machine, 1 Milch cow with Hornes color light-brown about 3 yrs old you cause to
be made the sum of Five Dollars and 10 Cents Principal, and _____ Dollars and 20 Cents
as interest to date with the interest that may hereafter accrue; and _____ Dollars and
_____ Cents Attorneys Fees and One Dollars and _____ Cents for costs which sum CA Maury
lately before me recovered of said Mattie Foster to the said Farmers Trading Co. dated
14 day of March, 1914 And have you the said sum of money at the Justice's Court of the
1316 District G.M., to be held on the 10 day of April 1915 next to render to the said
Farmers Trading Co. for his principal, interest and cost aforesaid. And have you then
and there this writ. Given under my hand and official signature this 29 day of March
